About Us

The Association of the Knights of Sainte Odile is an organization dedicated to the preservation and restoration of Alsatian historical-religious heritage. Founded with the vision of protecting and showcasing the cultural riches of the region, the association is passionately committed to safeguarding the buildings and artifacts that bear witness to the fascinating history of Alsace.

The main mission is the restoration of heritage: The association actively works to restore and preserve Alsatian historical and religious sites. Whether they are calvaries, historic buildings (Bunker, terminal), or other monuments, the Knights of Sainte Odile devote their efforts to ensuring the sustainability of these architectural gems.

We also have commitments to historical evocation. In addition to its preservation missions, the association engages in historical evocation by retracing the Alsatian medieval period until the end of the Renaissance. Through events, reenactments and activities, the Knights of Sainte Odile transport the public into the past to experience history in an immersive way.

Aware of the importance of raising public awareness of the value of heritage, the Knights of Sainte Odile develop educational programs and participate in awareness initiatives to share their passion and knowledge of local history.

The association also actively collaborates with other cultural organizations, institutions and local authorities to strengthen its preservation efforts and to promote Alsatian cultural wealth.
